We draw up service contracts (Service Level Agreements) with transparent conditions for both during development and upon completion of every project we're involved in … so you can sleep more easily.
Our Service Level Agreement guarantees that your Enterprise CMS, Online-Business applications or E-Commerce System will be permanently maintained at the technological cutting edge. You will receive regular updates and fixes, as well as telephone and internet support whenever you require it. All you have to do is arrange with us for a monthly Support & Maintenance time allocation in accordance with your needs.
All-round expert assistance
With our web-based Ticket System you can make Issues, Change- and Feature-Requests online, while reviewing your situation with regard to priorities and the current state of development. The system also offers you a direct communications route to AOE media, from anywhere and at all times.
The following support is included within your service contract:
- System defect and breakdown repair
- System maintenance (Database maintenance, Extension maintenance, Back-ups, Updates, Security fixes)
- System content maintenance (file, edit, recovery, content correction)
- Support for system user and maintenance problems (telephone: a toll-free number in Germany during normal office hours)
- Solutions web hosting if required
