We don't just have convictions, we live them!

In a global, pluralistic society, it is ever more important for companies and their staff not to lose their way, and to keep to those operating and ethical principles which have proven themselves valuable in underpinning their success. From the very beginning, we have maintained two convictions or basic values, from which a third can be inferred. These convictions characterize our daily approach, serving as the guiding motives for our business activities:

We are convinced of the fundamental rightness of the Open Source principle and build our company upon that conviction;
We have clear ethical principles, which we follow.

These two premises are at the root of our practical and social stance: our engagement for the Open Source movement and our engagement in the field of voluntary public service.

Indeed, from these twin engagements, we can infer a third core value for AOE media, namely a lively Company culture, which we take daily care of.
