Audi Service conference guide micro-website
For a conference bringing together all the managers of Audi Service Centers in Germany in October 2005 in Berlin, AOE media realized a bilingual registration and accreditation micro-site in collaboration with the Munich agency CoCo new media.
The minimalist and yet informative micro-site in German and English was conceived, developed and launched entirely without a Content Management System, with the exclusive use of HTML and PHP. CoCo new media from Munich signed off for the concept and design of the site, while the technical realization was entrusted to AOE media.
Before the manager of an Audi Service-Center, Audi AG’s contracted maintenance providers, can bindingly register for the conference, he or she first receives a login and password by email. Once provided with these, the user can access the accreditation page as well as further important organizational information on the content and timetable of the event.
Of course, the most important part of the site was the registration form and the cross-checking, via PHP, of the visitor’s coordinates with the data stored on the server. Once the registration has been successfully carried out, confirmation is shown on a checkout page as well as sent automatically by email to the address given.

In addition the site offer the option of contact with the event organizers, firstly by telephone hotline via a given number and secondly via a contact form with integrated question fields on the contact page.
Alongside the complete program of the three-day conference the site also includes a wealth of information on the conference city, Berlin. Visitors not only learn what Berlin has to offer them, but can also what Audi AG, through the Audi-Forum, is doing for the cultural landscape of the city, with Jazz concerts, photography exhibitions or fashion events. A comprehensive collection of links to the city of Berlin, the conference hotel and diverse tourist sites completes the website’s service.
