AOE media - Who are we?
AOE media is a young and dynamic new media agency, headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany, and offering a wide range of services within the fields of web design, graphic design, hosting and IT consulting. Our strongest specialisation and field of expertise lies within services surrounding the OpenSource Content Management System, TYPO3. Within the last year alone we have jockeyed our position in the market to make AOE media one of the Top Five world market leaders in TYPO3 CMS solutions. A high percentage of our services are offered through agencies in the German- and English-speaking worlds. Since our foundation in 1999, we have been a component part of the movement by which the Internet has set new benchmarks in a globalised world.
But how did AOE media survive the big crash of the new market? The answer is very simple: decentralisation. When Kian Toyouri Gould, founder and CEO of AOE media, started the company in 1999, he knew that a dynamic market like the Internet cannot stay tied to fixed locations and staff. That’s why we formed the AOE network pool.

The network pool is an advanced form of what is nowadays called “outsourcing”. “We make media”. Back when the company was founded, and our aim was eventually to evolve into a media producer, we created this catchphrase. Although AOE is not a media producer in the classic sense, the slogan certainly applies inasmuch as “we make your media easily accessible”.
