With a growth of roughly 2,673%, AOE media GmbH reached 39th place in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA Ranking. This makes the specialist Open Source system house from Wiesbaden, Germany, that country’s second highest ranking company after MyHammer (13th place). The results of the rankings, which list the 500 fastest growing technology firms from Europe, the Middle-East and Asia, were released yesterday evening in London.

“Our ‘Technology Fast 500-Index’ shows a moderate softening of average growth in the entire sector this year”, explains Dr. Andreas Gentner, EMEA TMT Partner at Deloitte: “for example, the rate of growth for the top five companies in 2010 lies a full 10,000% below the 24,000% achieved by the same segment of the chart in 2009. For the entire 500 there has been a drop from 1,470 to 1,192%.”
